Commercial Case Ag Motors

Ag Motors

Ag Motors is a private web platform for clients who buy vehicles from US auctions and need a single place to manage delivery, payments, invoices, calculators and communication. Over time, the project grew into a large client-facing CMS and service system with flexible business logic, role-based access and tools for both customers and company managers.

Client Portal Vehicle Logistics CMS Payments Role-Based Access
Challenge

What business problem was solved

The company needed a secure client system where users could independently track their vehicles, understand costs, review statuses, generate invoices, communicate about a specific car and make payments without constant manual support from managers.

Approach

How the solution was delivered

I built a private role-based platform that combines a client portal, CMS workflows and logistics tools in one system. Users can view their vehicles, inspect detailed cost data, generate invoices and auction reports, calculate delivery routes, track payments and use built-in communication features tied to a specific car.
